I got the idea from listening from Alex Hormozi's podcast where he talks management time vs. maker time.

#5amMesterScrum Lightning Talk 1,205 Live - Its Not Too Late.  Oh by the way 30K download for the podcast today (2-4-1 10X Tuesdays) - Today's topics: (1) Today was full of distractions about 18K steps worth. I was listening to Ed Mylett during some of those steps and he was talking about putting in the extra learning or getting those reps in.  It reminded me that we should definitely not miss a time slot but it is worst not to jump in at all.  So don't give up and put it off. Blindly Checking Metrics Lightning Talk 1204 #5amMesterScrum LIVE #scrum

#5amMesterScrum Lightning Talk 1,204 Live - Blindly checking off Report can Lead to total Mistrust and Lost Customer (Metric Monday) - Today's topics: (1) Last week my wife asked me to take her car to the dealership for a scheduled service check. I asked the service manager if they could do a diagnostics as I was worried about traction and also the A/C unit because it would turn off when it was on max fan.  The manager said their was no time for that because it was only scheduled for certain service checks. After being dissatisfied with that I ok then we will schedule a future date for the checks.  At the end of the appointment the service person said the brakes needed work and they could do that, but yet there was no time for a diagnostic. Plus the metric report provided at the end made no mention of recommended work and even checked off the A/C as green.  Well that is the classic watermelon.  Green report but nonfunctional product.
