Denzel Giraldo Founder & CEO at @ImWhileCo, started as a young software developer at the age of 12 years old in the Dominican Republic and later came o the states to build a dream.  Both of developing software apps for your local barber (Perceny.com) and software solutions and job placement services.
Denzel Giraldo is a dynamic and results-driven CEO of a software development company with almost a decade of experience in the software industry. He is a natural leader who is passionate about developing himself and his team to reach their full potential. Denzel's expertise in software development, combined with his leadership skills, allows him to drive innovation and growth within his company. Outside of work, Denzel is an avid martial artist, using the discipline and focus he gains in the dojo to excel in his professional pursuits.

#5amMesterScrum Lightning Talk 1,158 Live - Stories Disguised s Bugs the never-ending tale of stakeholders trying to get around prioritization backlogs (3R Thursdays) - Today's topics: (1) We all want to work the most valuable features in our backlog and if we are not careful these large features make it almost impossible to get in smaller work that is not as valuable.  This is a tactic to work both.  If we don't stakeholders will try to disguise new requirements as bugs. And it plays into a goal suggestion from out meetup with Karl Fryburg on 2/8/2024.

This is a recording from our 5amMesterScrum meetup event held on 2/28/2024 with Karl Fryburg sharing on "Goal Setting".   The event was a zoom call in with social media live. or at least an attempt.  
Karl E. Fryburg is a 40 plus year Entrepreneur who has spent the majority of his life in the pursuit of Personal Growth and Development at the highest levels. Will be sharing parts from his Goal Setting program that he coaches and trains. This is be a useful follow-up to anyone who made New Year's Goals.
Karl E. Fryburg is a published author of several books with more projects currently underway. As a Mentor, Trainer, and Coach in the Goal Setting and Vision Building arena, he takes his audience on a journey through easy to follow and understand methods to “Simplify” the process and break it down into bite sized pieces.

The team is doing what they want to do and not what they should do.  This leaves the entire team vulnerable.  We has coaches have to coach people to do things they may not like.
