#5amMesterScrum Lightning Talk 1,167 Live - In OKR's 90 days is a Year (2-4-1 10X Tuesdays) - Today's topics: (1) I was listening to Amy Porterfield and she was saying how Millionaires think in 90 days as their year.  Which of course reminded me of Quarterly OKRs and the need to record OKRs that are not yearly based i.e. 10% growth but quarterly or smaller like 2 or 3% growth.

#5amMesterScrum Lightning Talk 1,162 Live - Women's History Month Women in Tech History Search/Share and Fortune Cookie (Fun Friday) - Today's topics: (1) Trying to think of some fun stuff for my technology students to do.  My 5th grade son said coloring and I suggested I should find inventions by women and have the kids color that.  He agreed.  So in the theme of Women's history month I say expand the brain with the team and have them find women in tech and create a quick shared page with what they find.  They will be surprised, or at least some will be. Oh and then do a trivia game and (2) fortune Cookie Friday.
